I provide a supportive and affirming space for women to process challenges, build self-compassion, and explore what it means to thrive on their own terms. My approach centers on identity and empowerment: recognizing strengths, setting boundaries, repairing relationships, and healing from past wounds so you can step confidently into your authentic self.

Anxiety can feel like a constant weight or like an attack with racing thoughts, tension in your body, or the sense you’re never fully at peace. I help clients learn practical skills to calm their minds, reconnect with their bodies, and build confidence in navigating daily stress. Together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded and balanced so you can live with less worry and more clarity.

Self-esteem isn’t just about feeling attractive — it’s about feeling worthy in all areas of your life. I help clients build self-worth and self-compassion so they can create healthier relationships with themselves and others. Together, we’ll focus on developing a confident voice, honoring your needs, and embracing who you are without shame.

Our bodies hold stories that words can’t always reach. I integrate grounding, breath, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients connect with their bodies and gently release stored stress or trauma. I am currently deepening my formal training in somatic therapy and already use body-based tools to help clients feel calmer, safer, and more balanced.

As an intersectional feminist therapist, I view healing as not just personal but also connected to culture, power, and identity. I help clients recognize how social pressures impact their mental health while also building empowerment, self-compassion, and agency. Together, we create a space where your voice is central and your lived experiences are honored.

My training was grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which helps us explore how early experiences, relationships, and patterns shape your present. I use this lens to bring awareness to unconscious themes and to support lasting change. By connecting past and present, we can uncover deeper self-understanding and move toward new ways of relating.
