About My Clients
You may feel weighed down by anxiety, grief, or self-doubt — wanting to feel more confident, balanced, and at peace. I work with teens (15+), adults, and couples navigating life transitions, identity, and relationships. My clients are motivated to grow, explore who they are, and create meaningful change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
In sessions, we’ll blend reflection and practical tools: exploring how your past shapes your present, learn ways to thrive in the here and now, and explore what your future can be. Humor, curiosity, and compassion are core to my approach. I’m currently expanding my training in somatic therapy to help clients gently release trauma stored in the body. Together, we’ll connect mind, body, and soul to build resilience, balance, and a more fulfilling life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we connect mind, body, and soul. Trauma often lives in the body as much as in our thoughts, which is why I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices alongside deeper reflection. Therapy, to me, is about creating safety, releasing what no longer serves you, and making space for resilience, balance, and joy. As an intersectional feminist and Latina therapist, I also believe your identity and lived experience are central to healing. Our work together honors culture, power, and community while affirming women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients. Outside of session, I value humor, connection, and joy as essential parts of resilience and growth.
