About My Clients
My specialties include addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and spiritual or existential concerns. My ideal client is someone who is ready to bravely explore their internal landscape and build awareness on how to invite more choice and integrity into their lives. As a therapist, I believe in a humanistic, relational, and client-centered approach.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy which holds the belief that each person is innately whole and well. Rather than being broken and needing fixing, often what we need is a compassionate space to redirect ourselves towards our own internal wisdom. I work to provide this kind of space for my clients, where we can bravely face challenges while also bolstering the resources and intelligence we already have. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and integrate the practices of mindfulness and meditation. Our psychedelic therapists are trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy, and are passionate about psychedelic integration counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
