As an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT) ... I help you as a COUPLE move out of the cycle that keeps you stuck, and guide you to enjoying the connection and intimacy you long for. I use my extensive experience dealing with trauma, depression & anxiety, addiction, chemical dependency and personality disorders to support and guide those struggling with these challenges to heal and reclaim their lives.
