About My Clients
Many clients share that my solution-focused approach feels different—and that difference matters. I offer traditional, Ketamine-assisted, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to those who struggle with addictions, mood disorders and trauma. My role is to work alongside you in finding what truly fits your life, not to offer one-size-fits-all advice. In therapy, this collaborative relationship is especially important. I’m here to make this a safe and healing space for you and your unique needs.
How I Can Help You
Being solution-focused means I'm eager to help you find personalized solutions to what you're facing - not by giving unsolicited advice as if I'm the expert on how you should live, love, or be, but by working alongside you to build the life you actually want. I bring 14 years of post-licensure clinical experience specializing in addictions, mood disorders, and trauma. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). KAP pairs the rapid neurological effects of ketamine with structured therapeutic support, creating a unique opportunity for clients who feel stuck or haven't responded to traditional approaches. ART uses guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess distressing memories, often producing significant relief from trauma in as few as one to five sessions — without requiring you to verbally relive painful experiences.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe in truly customized, individualized therapy for each unique person who works with me. Therapy is a process of discovery and experimentation to find what works for you in order to build on success and meaningful change; therefore, your input is supremely valuable in every stage of the therapeutic process. I know starting with a new therapist can be a bit daunting for some, and that’s alright. I do strive to keep this an even-handed, conversational, and productive therapeutic relationship at every turn by remaining open, empathic, available, and non-judgmental. During our time together, it will always be OK to be you. I tend to work well with people who feel stuck, who have tried to push through on their own without lasting results, or who sense there is a version of their life that feels more like them (and are ready to start moving toward it).
