About My Clients
Do you want to be more of an author of your own life story as you navigate problematic emotions, thoughts, and patterns? I focus on empowering you to find your voice and explore the stories that shape identity including culture, sexuality, gender, spirituality, loss, and other ways we make sense of our world. I enjoy creating a warm, supportive space focused on increasing positive emotions, improving relationship, finding flow, and seeking deeper personal meaning.
My Background and Approach
I work curiously and collaboratively toward building a more preferred story by moving from what is known to what it is possible to know in order to create lasting change. With over 20 years of experience, I draw from a variety of approaches including Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I offer ecotherapeutic and mindfulness based out of office experiences for those interested by the ocean or on forest trails as I believe in the power of nature to heal. Also, I've been trained through the Integrative Psychiatric Institute to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and psychedelic Integration work.
