About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, life transitions, and relationship stress. I provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals, first responders, and women facing life stressors. My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is person-centered, integrative, and grounded in authenticity, trust, and genuine human connection. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe to explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs while drawing from person-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. I am passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals, as well as first responders and women experiencing stress, burnout, or major life changes. Together, we work to build coping skills, increase self-understanding, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through authentic relationships built on trust, compassion, and acceptance. Every person deserves a space where they feel seen, respected, and safe to show up as their authentic self. I value collaboration in therapy and believe clients are the experts of their own experiences. I believe there is no “right” way to grieve, heal, or grow. Life experiences, identity, relationships, and systems all shape how we move through the world, and therapy should honor those differences rather than judge them. I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals and creating a therapeutic space grounded in curiosity, empathy, and genuine human connection.
