About My Clients
Supporting individuals with their relationships, body image, and queer identities is at the core of my work. This includes working with folks with eating disorders or disordered eating, body image challenges, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and navigating gender identity and sexual orientation.
My Background and Approach
I practice from a relational and humanistic perspective, ensuring that our work together is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Our work together will be strengths-based, helping you to recognize and build on your inherent resilience. I am dedicated to providing an LGBTQ+ affirming and anti-oppressive space, where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and celebrated. The therapeutic modalities I use are diverse and eclectic, including short-term goal setting and solution-focused approaches, creative methods, parts work / Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques. Together, we will explore ways to soothe your nervous system and promote holistic healing, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind and body.
