I help my clients understand the basis for their anxiety, heal from the wounds that have caused the anxiety, and work together to find the coping skills that will help manage the anxiety in the future. Grief does not come with a predictable path, but as time passes you will feel a little better, begin to make plans for the future, and start to smile again. I can't do the healing for you, I can walk beside you as the healing starts, and encourage you along the way.

I help women who are struggling with the changes motherhood and pregnancy bring embrace their new identity as a mom. Becoming a mom is the most wonderful, and hardest thing you will ever do, and you deserve to be supported. I have no doubt that with time you will feel less stress, lower anxiety, and no longer feel that you are drowning in the responsibilities of motherhood. Your true self is just waiting for you to call her forward.

I use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to identify energy that is stuck, clear the blocks, and restore balance to your emotions. I believe that blocked energy can be the cause for many emotional struggles, and this technique will allow you to access information that will help you continue to heal. As we work together you will learn how you can use this technique between sessions to encourage even more healing between sessions.

I help clients gently explore their past and find ways that it is affecting the present. Through this exploration we will also work to understand how your past could affect your future. I believe your life story can be the key to gaining a deeper understanding of the struggles you are facing, and that it can give you the keys to heal. Every story is important, and yours is no exception.

I help clients realize their power and importance, and give them the control that will encourage healing. You are the most important part of the session, and you hold the keys to finding the answers that you desire. I love standing beside my clients as they work through their pain and realize the strengths that are within them that will ultimately lead to a release from the things that are causing you pain.
