About My Clients

I welcome all clients 10 years and older. However, I specialize in helping adults and adolescents navigate the important changes and challenges life can bring. These may include forming healthy friendships and romantic relationships, finding purpose and direction, healing from past traumas, managing new responsibilities and stressors, or discovering a deeper sense of self.

My Background and Approach

Throughout my time in the mental health field, I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and in-home settings with clients presenting with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, and trauma. I am here to reflect, validate, provide perspective, and above all, help you realize the strength you possess to look inward and make meaningful changes in your relationships with others and with yourself. My approach varies with the needs of each client, but I typically incorporate elements of humanistic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

No matter where I am or who I'm working with, I strive to create a warm, accepting space for my clients to explore the complexities of their lives, and with genuineness and encouragement, help them reach their personal goals. Wellness comes in many shapes and sizes, and I'm ready to help you find what works best for you.
