About My Clients

If you’ve found yourself feeling stuck in your relationships, stressed, anxious, or navigating big life changes, you might be in need of a collaborative partner. Whether you’re an individual, a couple, or a family, my therapy room is a space to notice patterns, understand emotions, and tap into your strengths so you can make real, meaningful changes, and feel more connected and confident.

My Background and Approach

I’m a graduate-level Marriage and Family Therapy student, passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I focus on exploring emotions, noticing patterns in relationships, and helping clients build on their strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and supportive, providing a space where you can feel heard, better understand yourself and your relationships, and discover practical ways to navigate conflict, stress, and transitions. I hope to help you feel more connected, empowered, and confident as you work toward your goals. I have spent the last 10 years teaching middle and high school, guiding students through growth and struggles, and 6 years coaching soccer, learning about teamwork, resilience, and celebrating small victories. I firmly believe that teaching/coaching has made a positive impact on my ability to provide therapy with an individualized approach, ensuring that each client is understood.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I believe that everyone should be able to come to therapy without a fear of judgment. While I have had my share of troubles with therapists as a client, I’ve also navigated my own anxiety and depression because of therapists who have helped me build the skills I need without fixating on my problems. Because of this, I tend to focus more on the solutions to the problems rather than the problems themselves. Outside of work, I’m an animal lover with dogs, a cat, and even a few pet rats. I’m an ally and member of the LGBTQ+ community and welcome people of all religions and walks of life, committed to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.
