About My Clients

I am passionate about supporting clients who are working to embrace intersectional identities by helping them to fully integrate all parts of themselves. I love helping partners increase intimacy and connection, identify and examine their interactional patterns and renegotiate their roles to build stronger, more loving attachments with each other.

My Background and Approach

I believe in the importance of building relationships with ourselves as well as with others where we feel safe enough to unabashedly be our most authentic selves, particularly when this feels daunting. I aim to support you to identify and advocate for your needs so you feel more connected in your relationships. I am dedicated to collaborating with you to develop a shared understanding of what works for you individually and using this guide our work together—you set the tone and pace for therapy. I am sex-positive, polyamorous and ethical non-monogamy affirming, and love working with LGBTQ+, “non-traditional,” and expansive relationships. In relationships, we often get stuck in patterns and cycles. Together, we’ll figure out what those cycles are, interrupt them, and work to build new cycles that center connection and security. We’ll also unpack what love, security, and trust looks like in your relationship, specifically.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I firmly believe that we have the power to rewrite who society tells us we “should” be, challenge the status quo, and radically celebrate ourselves as an act of resistance. I am a queer feminist who is incredibly passionate about social justice and equity. I strive for cultural humility, am constantly learning and unlearning, and wholly believe in the importance of uplifting marginalized communities. I understand the difficulty of finding and building a community that fully embraces who you are and all parts of your identity. I am a dog lover and an unabashed book nerd who is deeply passionate about finding the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
