Clients come to me needing someone who can help get to the root of their problems, because therapy should be a place where you find peace beyond just what’s wrong today. Therapy sessions are a combination of talking and exercises—whatever makes sense for you. We will always go at your pace, never pushing to place you’re not ready to be.
The primary treatment method I use is EMDR, but I also use a lot of ACT, CBT, techniques from DBT for individuals, couples, and families. I am a trauma-informed provider that specializes in anxiety, depression, and the LGBTQ+ community.
