About My Clients

I am passionate about working with adults who are struggling with transitions, trauma, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, aging, perfectionism, issues related to gender and sexual identity, relationship problems, and self-esteem. I am available for treatment both in-person and online.

My Background and Approach

Whether it is your first time or your one hundredth time to therapy, implementing lasting, authentic change is always difficult. My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathetic, and goal oriented, centered on building and maintaining strong therapeutic rapport and rooted in evidenced based treatment. Based on clients’ previous experiences and current priorities, I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Together we will work to uncover and challenge the psychological patterns holding you back from growing into the healthiest version of yourself. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, I am under the supervision of Dr. Megan McKnight.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside of the office, I practice self-compassion and mental well-being through hot yoga, skiing, exploring Denver’s ever-growing list of new coffee shops, and plenty of Brene Brown podcasts.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
