I have several years of experience working with children and their families in different areas such as mental health, school, and foster care setting. I work with children ages seven to twelve years old. I utilize therapeutic play and art to work with children as play is the language that children speak. I provide as safe and relaxing environment to help to freely be themselves and express their emotions. I collaborate with families to help facilitate change.

I am passionate to help people manage their anxiety , stress, and panic attacks. I have vast experience and training helping clients manage their anxiety disorders. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and yoga poses to help client gain a better control of their anxiety. I collaborate with clients to help them find coping skills that they can use in everyday life so that they can live life to the fullest.

I have several years of experience working with clients who are struggling with depression. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and strength based techniques to help clients manage their depression symptoms. I collaborate with clients on utilizing coping skills to help clients manage depression symptoms. I discuss with clients the importance of sleeping and eating to manage depression symptoms.
