About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, or life transitions and want both insight and practical tools for change. I specialize working with the LGBTQIA+ population, eating disorders, and supporting clients while exploring identity and self-understanding. Many clients feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, family dynamics, and lack of understanding.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with advanced training in gender identity care, holding a NASW certification in Gender Identity. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and am currently working toward obtaining my CEDS credential, with additional ongoing training in HAES-informed care, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches. My work is grounded in the belief that healing looks different for each person. I take a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices with an understanding of each client’s lived experiences, identity, and strengths. Together, we develop a treatment plan that feels supportive, respectful, and aligned with your goals, fostering insight, skill-building, and sustainable change in a safe, affirming space.
