Do you have a difficult relationship with your body? I enjoy helping you find healing in that relationship. I am trained in the Be Body Positive model to work with clients on five competencies that will kickstart your healing journey!

I have completed over 90% of my continuing education (after college) to eating disorders and body image. I created and led an eating disorders treatment team on a college campus for 8 years. It's so common to have an unhealthy relationship with food that a lot of times we don't realize when we are engaging in disordered eating. Along with healing your relationship with your body, it is important to heal your relationship with food. I'd love to be a resource for you in this journey!

Having worked with college students for almost a decade, anxiety was the number one concern, especially after COVID-19. I'd love to help you using cognitive-behavioral techniques in learning how to cope with anxiety, change your thoughts, and feel better in all the different parts of your life!

When you meet with me, I want you to have a take-away, something tangible to work on or try. Having worked at a college campus for over 9 years, I had on average 4-6 sessions to work with students. Through goals and solutions, I want to offer you hope that it can get better.

Do you believe every thought you have to be true? Anxiety and depression can trick us into believing and acting on thoughts that may not be true and often are not. Using CBT, you can learn how your brain is wired and empower yourself to think and feel differently!

Emotions in the counseling process are a window to healing in a safe, supportive space. If you've never had an emotionally safe place to talk about life's hardships and your uncomfortable feelings, counseling can provide that place and this can help you truly heal!
