About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and low self-esteem. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, self-aware, and deeply caring people who feel exhausted from carrying so much for others. Together, we focus on building confidence, emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, self-understanding, and lasting change in both internal experiences and daily life.
My Background and Approach
As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and empowering approach to therapy. I integrate evidence-based practices with genuine human connection to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. My work often focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, burnout, and life transitions. I strive to create a therapy environment that feels supportive, authentic, and emotionally safe while also encouraging accountability, growth, and deeper self-awareness. Rather than simply helping clients “cope,” I believe therapy can help people reconnect with their identity, needs, confidence, values, and sense of purpose. My style is warm, engaged, nonjudgmental, and grounded in helping clients feel both understood and empowered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and emotionally safe. Healing is not about “fixing” who you are — it is about understanding yourself more deeply, developing healthier patterns, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I believe many people have learned to survive by disconnecting from their own needs, emotions, boundaries, or sense of self, especially after difficult relationships or painful life experiences. My goal is to help clients build insight, emotional resilience, self-trust, and autonomy while creating tangible change in their lives and relationships. I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, empowerment, and collaboration in the therapy process. I also believe growth can be challenging while still being hopeful, meaningful, and deeply transformative.
