About My Clients
Are you carrying something that feels too heavy to hold alone — trauma, anxiety, depression, or a quiet sense that you've lost touch with yourself? We work with a diverse range of clients from teens to adults of all backgrounds who are ready to do something different. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of trauma, struggling with life transitions, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don't have to figure it out alone.
My Background and Approach
While each therapist has a niche that they serve, our foundation is humanistic; we believe you are the expert on your own life, and the therapist's role is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you. We draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing as needed, always tailoring the approach to what fits you best. Holistic modalities including energy work and Reiki can also be included since healing happens at every level — mind, body, and spirit. A polyvagal and somatic lens threads through all of our work, helping clients understand and regulate their nervous systems as a core part of the healing process. For those drawn to a deeper community experience, we also offer Rooted Willows, a membership community through The Willows Collective that blends group healing, seasonal practices, and holistic resources as a companion to the therapeutic journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing is not about fixing what's broken — it's about remembering what was always whole. People are remarkably resilient, and given the right conditions, genuine transformation is possible at any age and any stage of life. We hold a both/and philosophy at the heart of the practice — clinical rigor and spiritual openness, evidence-based tools and earth-based wisdom. These interests inform our work with clients who are drawn to a more holistic path, and they fuel the Rooted Willows membership community.
