I enjoy working with all clients interested in personal growth. My professional interests are in the areas of anxiety, grief, depression, domestic violence, and postpartum concerns.
My Background and Approach
As an associate, I am being exposed to many approaches and am finding the Cognitive Behavioral most beneficial. Ultimately, I aim to be trained in the application and effective use of EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is hard to look at the aspects of ourselves that we don't like, but those same things motivate us to change. I would be honored to work with you as you evolve therapeutically.
