I specialize in treating adults struggling with chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and self-harm. I can help you learn the skills needed to start affecting change in your life. I enjoy helping individuals meet their struggles head-on while supporting you through your healing journey. I teach you how to set healthy boundaries in your relationships. Meanwhile, I enable you to identify your inner strength to have confidence moving forward.
My Background and Approach
I offer several different therapeutic approaches and techniques including CBT, mindfulness, art, SFBT, DBT and much more. I will provide you with tools to help carry you throughout your day. We will work collaboratively to address your goals for therapy and ways you can achieve them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We were made in the image of Christ and designed to have relationships with others. You were created for a purpose and you matter! Let that sink in for a minute.....YOU MATTTER!! I believe people can change and I want to help you find your purpose in life and develop healthy behaviors and coping skills. I make it a point to build a relationship with my clients that helps them feel comfortable and free from judgement.
