About My Clients

I help teens, adults, and couples find a place where they are accepted and comfortable. Whether anxiety, depression, trauma, family, marital, relationship, sexuality, or employment stressors…together we can overcome, learn, grow, become vulnerable, heal, cope, and help you gain the confidence you deserve.

My Background and Approach

I received my B.A. in psychology Psychology at the California University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Following that, I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia in 2019. On the journey to obtaining my clinical license in social work, I have been passionate about learning, training, and becoming certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I enjoy providing empathic understanding for my clients, utilizing their strengths, and combining techniques from evidence-based practices and therapeutic models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and many more, to best match the person I am sitting with. Throughout my years of experience in social work I’ve worked in settings ranging from community-based mental health to medical facilities, crisis centers, to private practice.
