About My Clients
In individual sessions I work with adults, and adolescents from various cultures and backgrounds. As your counselor my goal is to create a safe space as you explore goals and work to obtain them. We will work together to improve your mental, and over all wellness.
My Background and Approach
I use a strength based approach that incorporates CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with clients living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, phase of life concerns, and boundaries. My focus is to help you increase your motivation to change, process past experiences, set boundaries, examine beliefs, and create a value driven life.
