About My Clients
I see adults, preteens, teens, couples and families from ages 5 to over 65. I specialize in working with Couples using emotionally-focused therapy and I also specialize in working with addiction for both addicts and families.
My Background and Approach
After receiving a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, I trained at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, using a psychodynamic approach. I also utilize other behavioral methods. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I lived in New York City and worked in national and international fundraising. I bring a wealth of varied experience to the Psychology profession and cannot wait to work with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the work in therapy happens between us, in the room, in the development of our relationship. I believe the more I can help you develop your own inner strength, resources and autonomy, the better you will feel long-term.
