About My Clients

Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I am an LLMSW with experience supporting individuals, families, and groups navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions. With a strong background in crisis intervention and advocacy work, I strive to meet clients where they are at while supporting their well-being across all areas of life.

My Background and Approach

I provide trauma-informed, client-centered care grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. My professional background includes crisis intervention, advocacy, and therapeutic support for individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals impacted by domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and sexual assault. I have additional training in suicide prevention, human trafficking awareness, and implicit bias, and I value creating an inclusive and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe therapy should be a space where individuals can safely explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration, creating a space where individuals can safely explore their experiences while building resilience and confidence in themselves. I strive to create an environment where clients feel supported without judgment and empowered to move through life’s challenges at their own pace. If you are considering therapy for yourself, I understand that reaching out can feel vulnerable and overwhelming. We can simply start with a conversation and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. My hope is that clients feel they have someone walking alongside them as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
