About My Clients
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, life transitions, or the stress that can come with adjusting to new environments or demanding careers. Many of the people I support are thoughtful and capable individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about their next steps. You may find yourself dealing with persistent worry, difficulty focusing, low confidence, or the feeling that you are constantly trying to catch up.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together we may explore patterns in thinking and behavior, develop emotional regulation skills, and identify realistic steps that support meaningful change. I also have experience supporting adults who struggle with executive functioning, such as organization, procrastination, time management, and follow-through. This work can be especially helpful for individuals with ADHD or other neurodivergent thinking styles, as well as those experiencing stress or burnout. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Therapy with me is a supportive space to reflect, build self-awareness, and develop skills that help you feel more confident, focused, and grounded in your daily life.
