About My Clients
I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who want support through life’s challenges. Kids and teens may struggle with big emotions, school stress, or family changes. Young adults often seek guidance with identity, relationships, or transitions, while adults may face trauma, grief, or feeling stuck. No matter the age, my ideal clients are open to growth and ready to build resilience, discover strengths, and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we uncover the resilience and resources you already hold. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you connect with your own inner wisdom, explore what healing looks like for you, and move toward growth at a pace that feels right.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have spent many years working in social justice spaces, including abortion access, immigrant and refugee advocacy, youth violence prevention, and prison reform. These experiences deeply shape my work as a therapist and the values I bring into the therapy room. I believe we are all on a journey—and that everyone deserves to be met with dignity, respect, and compassion. My role is to walk alongside you and support you as you navigate your own path forward.
