My Background and Approach
I completed my Doctor of Psychology at Immaculata University in 2016, as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2010. My training as a CBT provider was completed through the Beck Community Initiative at The University of Pennsylvania. In addition to providing individual psychotherapy, I am passionate about training and coaching parents/caregivers in using effective behavioral management strategies for children. I completed training in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Child Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) through Judge Baker Children's Center at Harvard Medical School. As a therapist and fellow parent, I understand that many childhood behaviors can often leave us scratching our heads - and managing these challenging behaviors can be stressful. I am here to help you navigate"tantrum land," while also providing a therapeutic space to process and work on personal therapy goals.
