With over 5 years of experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in supporting individuals like you. My approach blends a person-centered philosophy with a deep understanding of trauma, ensuring a compassionate and tailored therapeutic experience. Together, we'll nurture your growth in a way that feeds your soul, within a safe and comfortable environment. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a great resource for processing trauma in a way that has immediate benefits. Each session in my office is tailored to what your needs are as they continuously change throughout the healing process. I use a combination of CBT and person-centered skills to assist in overcoming obstacles and giving you the power to become who you want to be.
