About My Clients
At Continuum we support you in navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. Many of the individuals we work with are thoughtful, capable people who appear to have it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected underneath. We offer services through licensed clinicians and supervised counseling interns, allowing clients to choose a level of support and fee that best fits their needs.
My Background and Approach
I'm Courtney Brabant, a Licensed Professional Counselor and AZBBHE-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Arizona, as well as the founder of Continuum Counseling & Coaching. My counseling approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed approaches, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. In addition to providing counseling services, I supervise graduate counseling interns who provide reduced-fee counseling under clinical supervision. Continuum was created with the belief that quality mental health care should be both effective and accessible. Through our intern program, we are able to offer affordable counseling options while supporting the development of future therapists. We currently offer in-person counseling in Tucson and Telehealth throughout Arizona.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful growth happens through curiosity, self-awareness, and supportive relationships. Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about understanding yourself more clearly, building skills that support your goals, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values. At Continuum, we strive to create a welcoming environment where people feel respected, heard, and supported throughout the counseling process.
