About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, work stress, self-esteem concerns, and substance use or recovery. Many of my clients are used to taking care of everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed themselves. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process difficult experiences, understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of clinical experience, I bring a compassionate, practical, and individualized approach to therapy. I draw from CBT, REBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Existential, and Solution-Focused therapies to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and genuine—a space where you can feel heard, gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am, while my therapeutic approach is grounded in openness, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I welcome clients of all faiths, beliefs, identities, and backgrounds without judgment. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and respected. Faith can be incorporated into therapy when it is meaningful to you, but it will always be guided by your individual values, needs, and preferences.
