I can help you better understand how you’re feeling and handle these challenges with insight and compassion. How you’ve managed in the past might not be working so well anymore. That’s ok. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is capable of positive changes towards your own journey to personal growth. I utilize Attachment-based, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
