About My Clients
Many of my clients share similar "diagnoses or issues," but each of my clients who walk through my door is a fully distinct human being with different motivators and drivers in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients from a holistic approach to therapy through the exploration of psychological, emotional, spiritual and relational aspects of life. I use an integrative counseling approach, utilizing a strengths-based perspective grounded in both psychodynamic and Emotion Focused Family (EFFT) theories.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I treat children, adults, the elderly and people from virtually all walks of life. It is my privilege to be able to do this job, and I take comfort in having found a career I love, which I believe loves me back.
