I also strive to provide an affirming therapeutic approach, which means I respect and regard all sexualities and genders positively and provide an affirming space for all my clients. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, stress management, racial/cultural issues, sexual/gender identity issues, I’m here to help. Seeking therapy for the first time can feel scary and overwhelming, but I can assure you that you’ve made a step in the right direction. In our sessions together, I will provide accepting, compassionate and cutting-edge evidence-based treatment and meet you where you are at to assist you with achieving lasting change.
