My Background and Approach
My approach is values based and draws on solution-focused therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). I also incorporate expressive arts interventions to help clients explore and process experiences freely.
