I will guide you in exploring your strengths, enhancing self-awareness, & fostering personal growth. I believe in evidence-based interventions & keep up-to-date with the latest research and practices in the field of psychology. I approach therapy from a client-centered framework & integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, combining elements of cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, developmental, psychodynamic & feminist approaches. I enjoy working with many different presenting concerns & particularly enjoys working with concerns related to adjustment, anxiety, anger/aggression, depression, developmental issues, diversity & family/interpersonal/romantic relationships, as well as love facilitating group therapy. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients & can provide letters for those seeking gender-affirming medical care.
