My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience in both therapeutic and assessment-focused settings. My clinical approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic theories, enriched by evidence-based practices. I also provide psychological assessment for ADHD, autism, giftedness, and complex presentations that are often misunderstood or misdiagnosed. I’ve worked in hospitals, schools, forensic facilities, and private practice, and I bring this breadth of experience into a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore the "why" behind their patterns. Whether in therapy or evaluation, I’m here to help you make meaning, find clarity, and reconnect with your own strength and insight.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is both a personal and a systemic process — one that requires safety, agency, and a commitment to seeing the whole person. I’m passionate about increasing access to accurate diagnosis for neurodivergent individuals and I advocate for psychological practices that honor complexity and nuance. Outside of work, I’m a writer, lifelong learner, and lover of speculative fiction. I’m drawn to stories — yours included — that reveal resilience, transformation, and the surprising ways we grow.
