About My Clients
Clients often describe the turning points in our work as 'aha moments,' and many experience therapy as part of their own spiritual path. My role is not to hand you answers. It is to create the conditions — safety, honesty, and presence — where your own answers can surface.
My Background and Approach
I have practiced as a therapist since 2018, including five years at ABC Therapy in Las Vegas, and I hold a Nevada license as a domestic violence program supervisor. I practice as a Registered MFT Associate under the clinical supervision of Kristin Kakiuchi.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I came to this work through my own inner journey. A spiritual awakening in my twenties — and the difficult, searching seasons that followed it — taught me that healing is rarely about fixing what looks broken on the surface. It is about becoming intensely aware of the inner workings of the mind, and cultivating an inner environment that is quiet and intensely present. I also believe everything on this Earth is the Earth itself — one living being with uncountable forms of life, and each of us a part of that one being rather than separate from it. So much of human suffering is a felt sense of separation: from ourselves, from each other, from the world we belong to. Therapy, as I practice it, is a return to connection.
