About My Clients

I specialize in working with adults who feel they live in a world not built for them to thrive. Therapy may include exploring identity, building self-advocacy skills, processing grief or burnout, and developing strategies that honor how your mind and body actually work. You can expect a space where your lived experience is trusted, your autonomy is respected, and progress is defined on your terms.

My Background and Approach

Finding a therapist who truly understands gender identity and neurodivergence — not just in theory, but in practice and in life — can feel exhausting. Maybe you've spent too many sessions educating your therapist on the basics of who you are, or you've learned to mask your way through spaces that were never designed with you in mind. You might be navigating gender exploration or transition, autistic burnout, identity development, or the unique stresses that come from living at the intersection of marginalized identities. Whatever brought you here, you want a therapist who truly understands your identity. I know what it's like to search for a space where you can finally exhale — where you don't have to shrink yourself to fit someone else's framework. Therapy should be a place where you can show up as your full self, and I'm here to hold that space with you. If you're looking for a therapist who gets it — not just clinically, but personally — I'd welcome the chance to connect.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a transgender and autistic counselor specializing in gender-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care. My clinical approach starts from a simple premise: your identity is not a diagnosis. With over 15 years of experience developing accessibility training and workshops, my commitment to access shapes everything about how I practice — from intake to session structure to the way we define your goals together. I offer a collaborative, transparent therapeutic relationship where you'll never be asked to mask, minimize, or explain away the parts of yourself that the world has told you are "too much."
