About My Clients
Do you feel emotionally overwhelmed, overthink conversations, or absorb the stress and emotions of others? I help highly sensitive people, empaths, and professionals experiencing anxiety, burnout, and emotional overload. We will explore how thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact. Together we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to calm anxiety, set healthier boundaries, and create greater emotional balance and resilience.
My Background and Approach
My background has shaped an integrative approach that focuses on both understanding patterns and creating meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, even when they are functioning well in other areas of life. My approach integrates CBT, Client-Centered, Mindfulness-Based & Somatic Therapy. Together we explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body responses interact and influence your daily experience. I believe therapy should be both insightful and practical, helping clients better understand themselves while also learning tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and respond differently to challenges. I aim to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and respected. Over time, many clients develop stronger coping skills, greater self-awareness, and the confidence to create lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in genuine understanding. Each person brings a unique story, and my role is to create a space where you feel safe exploring your experiences without judgment. I believe that many struggles such as anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions are part of being human, and with the right support people can develop new ways of understanding themselves and responding to challenges. I also believe that meaningful change happens when insight is paired with practical tools. Therapy should not only help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body responses, but also give you strategies you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident navigating relationships, emotions, and life’s uncertainties so they can experience greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
