My clients are motivated to understand themselves on a deeper level and allow change to be a process that requires both deep inner work and patience with themselves.
My Background and Approach
I have aided people in this process in a variety of settings including substance abuse treatment and family agencies. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with a myriad of mental health related struggles. I have experience working with families and couples in different modalities including co-parenting counseling and reunification therapy. I will work with you to help you become more in touch with your authentic self and provide support as you navigate your journey to growth and fulfillment.
