About My Clients

Are you feeling stuck in old patterns, shaken by trauma, or overwhelmed by change? Unable to feel connected to your body? Lost, reactive, or struggling with self-trust? Tired of the storytellers in your head? I get it, and I believe the path forward is your mind learning to listen to your body, understanding its language, and finding freedom in their reconnection. Body-Mind Therapy helps you understand your patterns, learn to trust your body, and finally make changes that last.

My Background and Approach

Trauma often disrupts the natural connection between body and mind, leaving you cut off from emotions, intuition, and the signals that guide well-being. Body-Mind Therapy is a step by step process to restore that connection and create lasting change. This approach bridges the gap between what you know in your mind and what you feel in your body and behavior. Many people learn to avoid, doubt or even shame their body’s needs. In our work together, you’ll learn to interpret your body’s signals with compassion, rebuild trust in your inner wisdom, and begin living with greater clarity and steadiness. Grounded in more than a decade of clinical experience, Body-Mind Therapy unfolds through a three-phase model of transformation. Each session integrates talk therapy, guided experiences, emotional processing, and relational healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe change is always possible. With the right perspectives, tools, and experiences, we can reshape our lives—one moment at a time. But transformation isn’t meant to happen alone. We heal in connection, through vulnerability, and by embracing the full spectrum of being human. I also believe in questioning—asking Why do I do what I do? What do I truly want and need? What agency do I have within life’s constraints? Facing these questions with curiosity, rather than fear, creates space for real growth. I trust the body as our greatest guide. When we listen deeply, we unlock resilience, presence, and the ability to move through life’s challenges with greater ease. My work is grounded in these beliefs—helping you reconnect with yourself, shift old patterns, and create sustainable change.
