About My Clients
Do you feel like no one is listening to you? If you feel stuck, emotionally drained, or struggle with feelings of anxiety or depression, I can help. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life changes or difficulties. I understand that the day to day struggle is the hardest, but with the right supports in place together we can meet your goals and get you to where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I approach all clients as an expert on reaching their goals, with my collaboration we can work together to be heard, feel better, and live the life we want. I do typically pull from two main therapeutic approaches when working with clients: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-Based Therapy. CBT helps clients identify and assess if thoughts are realistic, while strength-based therapy focuses on positive character traits and resiliency.
