I'm drawn to creatives of all kinds and love bringing visual art, music, performance, and poetry into session—not only to explore the self, but to leave you with artifacts of your own transformation. I have a passion for helping young men learn the language of feeling, deepening their relationships and bringing color and vitality to their worlds. I love working with teens navigating self-esteem, identity, and belonging—one of life's most difficult chapters. & For those who've experienced trauma.
My Background and Approach
My background as a songwriter/artist and my longstanding mindfulness practice deeply inform my approach, letting me bring warmth, playful curiosity, and a presence that makes deep reflection feel safer. My work is relational, humanistic, and narrative-informed—but I also draw on ACT, DBT, and CBT when you need practical tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Bob Dylan said, "life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself." I believe therapy is a creative act. It's easy to get stuck in old stories about who we are and lose touch with what's possible. As your collaborator, I'll help you pursue what matters most while embracing where you are now.
