Our brain has worked very hard to keep us alive. There are times, it feels moments could have gone differently. Our brain acted for us, in a reflexive manner- with EMDR we will work to look at past life experience as well as recent live events to shift the beliefs we have developed as a result of these incidents. We can allow our brain to resolve some of those stuck beliefs in order to feel a new space within our bodies and minds to build new clarity and regain sense of ease in life.

There are times, our thoughts can truly drive our moods and how we behave toward ourselves and others. With CBT we can look to shift how we think to create a ripple effect on the way we feel physically and emotionally creating an improved action. We would practice in session and a times between to build new skills.

Please take a moment to reflect, trauma is anything that was not emotionally soothing. You may have experienced many incidents in your life; when events changed the way you looked at the world around you, how you interact with he world around you. WIth our shared treatment; we will work to gain new perspective to allow our lives to shift away from the past.

Do you continue to see images of past life experiences, that don't allow you to be fully present in your life today? I do have training and experience to explore those experiences with you. We don't have to talk in depth about them, it's truly your choice how we look at these experiences based on my training we can choose the best approach for you.

There have been days in my life, when I wished my brain would just stop. Stop being so creative and showing me movies of the worst case scenarios- the endless worry that can weigh us down, and now allow us to freely complete tasks or connect with others the way we would like to. Anxiety can be overwhelming, with intense worries and fears that feel never ending and full of doom. Together we can try to skills and try various modalities to release some of that grip anxiety has over us.
