About My Clients
I work with adults, adolescents and children who are feeling stuck and struggling with emotions that might feel overwhelming, and have a particular interest in helping folks heal from past traumatic experiences.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, supportive and client-led, allowing each client to set their own pace. I strive to create a judgement-free environment to help clients explore what’s keeping them stuck while acknowledging that people are generally doing the best they can with the skills that they have. I apply an intersectional lens to my work, understanding and exploring the complexity with which we all move through the world and encouraging clients to be gentle with themselves. Being a person is hard; my goal is to make therapy a safe place to heal and grow.
