I've worked in residential, outpatient, detox, mobile crisis, hospital, community and private office settings. I have extensive experience in: parent-child relationships, crisis stabilization, individual counseling, addictions, developmental disabilities, and relationship termination to name a few.

I've utilized a plethora of modalities, techniques and interventions over my 28 years in the mental health field. I've worked in residential, outpatient, detox, mobile crisis, hospital, community and private office settings. My approach is individualized based on rapport built with each client. DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, S.M.A.R.T, Multicultural and Empowerment Therapy are modalities commonly utilized. I firmly believe every problem has solution waiting to be discovered. My therapeutic perspective is simple; you’re the expert. The therapeutic techniques I utilize will guide you in either aquiring the skills lacked or overcome the barriers that debilitate rational decisions.
