About My Clients
You’ve spent years carrying burdens that were never yours to hold, caring for others, hiding your needs, striving for perfection. I help clients heal from childhood trauma, including parentification and narcissistic parenting, and reclaim their voice. If you're navigating anxiety, depression, or identity struggles, we’ll work together to understand your story, build lasting confidence, and create the life you deserve.
My Background and Approach
I help clients break free from patterns rooted in childhood trauma, especially those shaped by parentification, narcissistic parenting, or emotional neglect. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and identity struggles. Together, we’ll build insight, set boundaries, and reconnect with your most authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a Black female veteran who knows what it’s like to carry the weight of trauma and still show up. My own healing journey has shaped the way I connect with clients with honesty, empathy, and a deep respect for their stories. I’m constantly growing, not just through books or trainings, but by listening, showing up in real spaces, and learning from people who’ve lived through addiction, trauma, and loss. I volunteer in communities that remind me why this work matters. I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and never judged, because healing starts with feeling safe enough to be real.
