About My Clients
Clients can expect to be therapeutically challenged during sessions to help foster growth in their own treatment. My specialties includes Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD and Addiction. I provide Individual, Couples and Family Therapy.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I would describe my technique as behavioral. I enjoying helping people understand how their behavior impact their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyday is an opportunity to start over. We all deserve to live the life that I younger selves will be proud of. You can’t be your best self for the people you love if you are not your best self for YOU!
