Once you’re ready to pull up your sleeves and get to work, I provide space to discuss issues and explore alternate ways of thinking. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I see how much power there is in the words we tell ourselves. The wonderful thing about this is that we can change the way we think, and when we change the way we think, we change the way we feel. I see self-study or homework as an important piece of this. I want to provide skills and tools so you can continue your success even after our sessions have ended. Much like learning to play the piano, we need to practice regularly before it becomes fluid and feels natural.
I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
