About My Clients
I love working with adults who are curious, thoughtful, and open to exploring new ways of thinking and responding. The most common concerns I support clients with include anxiety (worry, stress, fear), low self-esteem, assertive communication, and depression. I also screen for sleep issues—because when sleep is disrupted, it can significantly impact emotional well-being and make progress in therapy more difficult.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults and I particularly enjoy working with high achievers, perfectionists, and students (including those in graduate/PhD programs). My work targets spiraling thinking, feeling like you're not "good enough", increasing self-esteem, and learning to let go. When we change how we think and act, we also change how we feel.
